Our Pastor

Hello McCall!  We are so excited to be a part of this amazing community where people look out for people.  Deborah and I have felt so incredibly welcomed by the people of McCall Community Church and all the quality folks who call this beautiful City home. 

We have two incredible sons who are both attending Northwest Nazarene University. Bryson is a sophomore, in Biblical Studies and is busy keeping the freshman guys accounted for as an RA. Caeden is studying Communications, as a Junior and performing his music on the side. Deborah is busy helping at MCC with the Children’s Ministry and Teams as well as teaching her Flexi-Bal fitness classes for 50+ adults.

As a family we love to stay busy with outdoor activities and mini mountain adventures.  My passion in life is simple and that is to love Jesus and love others anything else is muddy water.  I love teaching God’s word, I believe it’s a sin to bore people with the Bible and I love watching the Holy spirit mold people into the image of Christ. 

At the risk of sounding perfect I want to assure you that I am not.  Life has shelled out some pretty difficult sink or swim scenarios and I have not always found the surface.  Life is about getting back up, trying again and reaching the shoreline together.

Our door is always open, but chances are I’ll see you on the lake, on a trail or in a restaurant some weekend sometime soon.  Pastor Bryan Johnston AKA “PBJ”
